Since 2014, Mastered Studios has been training creative industry professionals to succeed in their careers. We've been lucky enough to support over 5,000 creators across 95 different countries - as well as upskilling employees at some of the best known creative companies in the games, VFX and tech industries.

In 2022 we started delivering government-funded bootcamps, which means we can offer our training to learners for free. Since then the scale of our impact has rocketed. This year marks our 10-year anniversary and we are more ambitious than ever to be the go-to organisation for the most impactful creative industry training. Central to that is our technical training offering and we are looking for a person to will help lead the expansion of this.
